The Arabic version of Alexa launched in December 2021, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. I owned spoken language understanding analytics, go/no-go decisions, and insights for Alexa Communication in Arabic.

Group Calling allows you to make contact groups for voice and video calls. I owned spoken language understanding analytics and drove insights for Alexa Communication across 11 locales.

Customers can stay up to date on the news with Alexa. I designed the end-to-end voice experience for Alexa Local News – just say, “Alexa, play local news.”

Instead of using voice or touch, Eye Gaze on Alexa lets you use your eyes to perform preset Alexa actions. I collaborated with accessibility specialists to create educational multimedia materials.
