Alexa Emergency Assist

Alexa Emergency Assist allows you to Connect to a trained Urgent Response agent 24/7. I designed the end-to-end voice experience for Emergency Calling, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm detection, subscriptions & purchasing, and more.

Arabic Alexa

The Arabic version of Alexa launched in December 2021, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. I owned spoken language understanding analytics, go/no-go decisions, and insights for Alexa Communication in Arabic.

Group Calling allows you to make contact groups for voice and video calls. I owned spoken language understanding analytics and drove insights for Alexa Communication across 11 locales.

Eye Gaze on Alexa

Instead of using voice or touch, Eye Gaze on Alexa lets you use your eyes to perform preset Alexa actions. I collaborated with accessibility specialists to create educational multimedia materials.
